Product Pricing:
Most products located in the wonderlabs.com store are discounted between 20-70% off of
their retail price.
NOTICE... Due to ongoing increases in our cost of raw materials, beyond our control, Wonder
Laboratories product prices are subject to change without notice.
Searching for Products and Information:
To search for specific products within wonderlabs.com, click on one of the numerous categories
or use our search engine to search for product categories, manufacturers, or specific products.
Placing an Order:
All orders can be made online using the wonderlabs.com shopping cart. Items can
be ordered and removed using the shopping cart functions from the product description
and checkout pages. While on the wonderlabs.com site, shopping cart contents can be checked
by clicking the view cart link located on every page of the site. If you want to change
the number of items or delete an item then just enter the correct count in the white box
next to the item description then click "update". If you enter a zero then the item will
be deleted. You can only do this for one item at a time. If for any reason, you are
having difficulty placing your order or you just have a question, please
email us and we will be glad to assist you.
Payment Methods:
Wonderlabs.com accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Dinersclub and Discover credit cards.
We also accept money orders and personal checks. See "Paying by
Check and Money Order" below.
Credit Verification
Your order may be subject to credit verification at the discretion of Wonder Laboratories.
We verify the shipping/billing address information you provide before processing your order.
If the information you provided disagrees with your credit card company's records,
your order may be delayed or held. Wonder Labs Customer Service will contact you if
your order is being held and provide you with instructions. Failure to reply or meet
the conditions of these instructions will result in automatic cancellation of your
order within 10 business days. These policies are designed to protect our customers
and business against credit card fraud. We apologize in advance if they present any
inconvenience.
Paying by
Check or Money Order:
If you would like to pay by check or money order you can use our website to figure the
exact total of your order. Simply go through the ordering process. Then you can print this page
and mail it to us using the address below. If you would like to fax your order to us our
fax number is: 877.992.0820. Your order will be shipped to you once your check, money order,
or fax with credit card information has been received and processed.

Backorders
Wonder Laboratories
manufactures most of the products we sell, so it is a rare occasion to have a backorder
on these products. Items we do not manufacture are subject to an occasional backorder.
In the case of a backorder our policy is this:
If you have ordered several products
that are in stock, and others that are to be backordered, we do not hold your whole
order until everything is in stock. We ship all items available, then ship
at no charge backordered items when they become available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged, or you receive the wrong item,
please call 1.800.992.1672 or E-mail our Customer Service Department at
service@wonderlabs.com
within 48 hours. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS until you contact Customer Service for
instructions, as we may require return of the damaged goods. In case of damage we will
ship a replacement promptly. If you have ordered incorrectly, we will ship the correct
item once we have received the return of the incorrect product.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with any product, please E-mail our Customer Service

within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization and return
instructions.

Sales Tax:
A tax rate of 9.75% will be applied to all orders shipped inside Tennessee.
