The operational hours of Wonder Laboratories do not include weekends, so holidays that fall on or around weekends may affect the expected shipping times for orders. In the case of orders placed during a holiday, they will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the holiday.
There are specific holidays that significantly impact shipping times, such as Thanksgiving Weekend. During this time, delays can occur due to the warehouse's last open day being the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Any orders not processed in time for the afternoon pickup on that day will be handled on the following Monday. Additionally, delays may be experienced due to the high volume of sales during Black Friday and the subsequent Cyber Monday events.
Shipping times may also be affected by Christmas and New Year holidays if they occur directly before or after a weekend. It is worth noting that shipping companies also face an increase in package volume during the Christmas period, which may contribute to additional delays.

It is essential to respond promptly and comply with the given instructions. Failure to do so within 10 business days will lead to automatic cancellation of your order. At Wonder Laboratories, we take pride in manufacturing the majority of the products we offer, which greatly minimizes the occurrence of backorders. However, on rare occasions, certain items that we do not manufacture may be subject to backorder. In such cases, our backorder policy is as follows. If your order consists of both in-stock products and items that are on backorder, we do not hold the entire order until all items are available. Instead, we will ship the available items without delay. Subsequently, once the backordered items become available, we will ship them to you at no additional charge.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
In the event that any of your products arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, please call 1-800-992-1672 or E-mail our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS until you contact Customer Service for instructions, as we may require return of the damaged goods. In case of damage we will ship a replacement promptly. If you have ordered incorrectly, we will ship the correct item once we have received the incorrect product.
