Inactive ingredients: Purified water, alcohol, carbomer, silicone oil, sodium hydroxide.
Directions: Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Gel, Cream or Ointment to affected area as soon as possible after minor injury. Repeat 3 times a day or as needed.
