INDICATIONS: For the temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles associated with simple backache, strains, sprains, bruises and sports injuries.
Active ingredients: Arnica montana 18x (Leopard's Bane), Lacticum acidum 8x (Lactic acid), Cuprum metallicum 8x (Copper), Kalium phosphoricum 8x (Potassium phosphate), Magnesia phosphorica 8x (Magnesium phosphate).
Directions: Adults and Children: Place 3 pellets under the tongue 3 times daily, 15 minutes before eating. Allow to dissolve in the mouth. For intense symptoms, take hourly, reducing frequency as improvement occurs. Or as directed by a physician. Avoid touching pellets with your fingers. Turn tube upside down, twist cap to release pellets.
