Directions: Adults and children 12 and over, take 1 capsule two times daily after meals. Results are typically felt within 10 days of regular use, and increase over several months. Take with plenty of good clean water (at least 3 quarts or liters daily).
Conforms to USP <2091> for weight. Meets USP <2040> disintegration for maximum bioavailability.
